SPAM & Illegal/Copyrighted Files:
Any account found sending SPAM will be charged $300 per email. Any account found hosting ANY illegal content or copyrighted content will be immediately suspended and, pending further investigation, may be terminated. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE when it comes to SPAM & Illegal Content. You may report abuse at contact@travsolutions.com.

Server Abuse: Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or customer, of TravSolutions is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized use of other people's accounts or computers is strictly forbidden. TravSolutions will strongly react to any use or attempted use of an Internet account or computer without the owner's authorization. Such attempts include "Internet scamming" (tricking other people into releasing their passwords), password robbery, security hole scanning etc.

Any unauthorized use of accounts or computers by a TravSolutions customer, whether or not the attacked account or computer belongs to TravSolutions, will result in action against the attacker. Possible actions include warnings, account suspension or cancellation, and civil or criminal legal action, depending on the seriousness of the attack.

IMPORTANT NOTE - TravSolutions has the right to discontinue service, or deny access to anyone who violates our policies or the terms and conditions shown below WITHOUT WARNING OR PRIOR NOTICE. No refund of fees paid will be made if account termination is due to violation of the terms outlined below. TravSolutions will suspend or terminate any account hosting illegal or infringing content following a valid complaint or DMCA. TravSolutions will comply with the authorities in any legal matter and will provide them with anything needed to pursue the owner of a site that hosts illegal or infringing materials. Though TravSolutions makes an effort to monitor the sites that they host, TravSolutions does not monitor all of them and will not be liable for any of the unacceptable uses of our hosting services: Unacceptable uses include, but are NOT limited to: Bulk emailing, unsolicited emailings, newsgroup spamming, pornographic content, illegal content, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, illegal MP3's, warez, cracks, software serial numbers, and/or anything else determined by TravSolutions to be unacceptable use of TravSolutions's services including abuse of server resources.

Accounts may be terminated that include the following content or which have links to the following content:

Providing material that is grossly offensive to the Web community including blatant expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred, or profanity, promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities; promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual; displaying illegal material containing nudity or pornographic material; displaying material that exploits children under 18 years of age; acts of copyright infringement including offering pirated computer programs or links to such programs; information used to circumvent manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices, including serial or registration numbers for software programs, or any type of cracker utilities

MP3's:
Any MP3 that is not copyright by you, is NOT allowed on our servers. However, if the MP3 does not have a copyright, or if it only available for free via the internet (not SOLD in stores or on the internet) then it is allowed on our servers. If you are found with MP3's, your account will be suspended, and if you do not delete them, terminated.

Abuse of Traffic and Bandwidth:
Sites using more than 30% of system resources for longer than 60 seconds will be suspended and may be terminated with or without refund (determined by TravSolutions) pending further investigation.

Please note that if you wish to buy more bandwidth for the month, it is $1.00 per 10GB of bandwidth. If you wish to buy more disk space, it is $1.00 per 1GB.

Unsolicited Email (Spam):
Unsolicited commercial advertisements are not allowed in e-mail, and will likely result in account suspension or cancellation. Commercial advertisements are unwelcome in most Usenet discussion groups and on most e-mail mailing lists. Inappropriate posting may result in account suspension or cancellation. See the newsgroup or mailing list's charter for whether advertising is allowed or not. "Spamming," or sending a message to many different off-topic newsgroups, is particularly unethical and will be treated as such. Sending a message, especially an advertisement, to more than five or six recipients, is by itself spamming unless the individuals have specifically requested to be added to a mailing list on that topic. E-mail is a person-to-person medium, not a broadcast medium. Upon your first Spam offense your mail will be disabled for 72 hours. Upon your second Spam offense your entire domain will be disabled for 72 hours and you will be fined $100.00 per sent Spam. Upon your third offense your account with TravSolutions will be terminated, you will be fined $200.00 per sent Spam. No refunds will be given if your account is terminated for Spam.

CGI Scripts:
Each account comes with its own cgi-bin. You are free to use any CGI scripts you wish, however we reserve the right to disable any CGI script that effects normal server operation without prior warning.

Abuse of SMTP Mail Server:
We do not allow clients to send more than 2,000 pieces of e-mail per day. If you do send more than 2,000 pieces of e-mail per day, your account will be placed on hold for Network Abuse. If you are sending more than 2,000 legitimate e-mails and you do not notify us first, your account may either be suspended and terminated upon further investigation, or may be moved to a special server that is specifically designed to handle high volumes of e-mail. You will be charged extra (price determined by TravSolutions) in addition to your regular hosting charges if your account is moved to this server.

Background Running Programs:
We may allow programs to run continually in the background. These are considered on a one-to-one basis and an extra charge will be incurred based on system resources used and operational maintenance needed.

IRC:
We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.

Backups:
Backups are made once per night on a remote location. We strongly recommend to have a COMPLETE backup of your site/data on your computer at all times. We are not responsible for lost data on our servers. The files of hosting accounts that use more than 2GB of disk space will NOT be backed up. Only the MySQL databases that relate to those accounts will be backed up. Therefore, if you have a large site, we recommend that you keep a backup on your own computer.

Payment Policies:
All pricing is guaranteed for the term of monthly payments. TravSolutions reserves the right to change prices at any time, unless other terms have been agreed upon. Any account not brought current within 3 days of e-mail notice is subject to suspension. Any account not brought current within a week (7 days) of e-mail notice or exceeding this time frame in any way is subject to termination. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer notifies TravSolutions. To Cancel Service please either submit a support ticket through the billing system (http://www.travsolutions.com/index.php?pg=support) or e-mail the Billing Department (billing@travsolutions.com). In the ticket or e-mail provide the following information: First Name, Last Name, Domain Name, Username, Password and Reason For Cancelling. One of our representatives will then review your request and cancel your account. All payment is in U.S. currency.

Cancellation:
TravSolutions reserves the right to cancel service at any time. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will not be returned by TravSolutions if TravSolutions institutes it's right of cancellation. Any violation of policies which results in extra costs will be billed to the customer (i.e. transfer, space etc.)

All of TravSolutions's web hosting plans are backed by a 30 day money-back guarantee. However, if you received a free domain name as an addition to a web hosting package, then the money-back guarantee does not apply. If you are not completely satisfied with our web hosting services or support during the first 30 days of service, you will be given a full refund of the service amount. For web hosting services of 1 months or less, the full contract amount less any overages will be refunded if TravSolutions is notified during the first 30 days of service following activation. No refund is available after 30 days. The date when you first ordered your account and the date of cancellation both count as a full day each. It does not matter when you ordered or cancelled during the day: a full day is counted once your account is first activated, and a full day is counted each time the clock at our headquarters turns to midnight (12:00 a.m. EST). This money-back policy also does not apply to domain name registration or any additional services such as overages, referrer logs, real audio/video, additional disk space, additional IP's, additional pop accounts, etc.

To cancel service please either submit a support ticket (http://www.travsolutions.com/index.php?pg=support) or e-mail the Billing Department (billing@travsolutions.com). In the ticket or e-mail provide the following information: First Name, Last Name, Domain Name, Username, Password and Reason For Cancelling. One of our representatives will then review your request and cancel your account. If you have a Paypal subscription setup, it is your responsibility to cancel it. If you do not cancel the Paypal subscription and we receive payment on the specified due date, you will not be refunded.

Uptime:
TravSolutions guarantees 99.9% uptime! In the event that we must take the servers down for maintenance, we will generally give our customers at least 24 hours notice with exactly what time(s) it will be down and how long it will be down for. In the seldom event that there is unscheduled downtime, the customer is subject to a refund for the downtime upon request (valid only for 7 days after downtime).

Lawful Purpose:
TravSolutions reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Customers may only use TravSolutions server for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of TravSolutions management.

Terms of Service:
TravSolutions reserves the right to add or modify the terms of service, listed above, at any time. Upon such an addition or modification, customers (current or new) must abide by these changes.
